SOMNOLENCE
mental fatigue

5.07pm now.
No proper lunch. Only granola bars, hot chocolate, and more chocolate foods. Citrus oranges as well for now.
My brain's beginning to shut although I had 8 hours of sleep.
Maybe it's because of jet lag. (I was pretty nocturnal during the holidays)

Lacking of the transfer of neurotransmitters across the synapse in my brain probably had caused me to feel sooo sleepy.
